Most vessels split into a primary ceremony deck (open-air, 360° views), a dining salon deck (climate-controlled catering space), an entertainment deck (dancing and DJ), and a VIP or bridal suite for preparation.

6–12 months out: select the yacht and confirm the date. 5–7 months out: catering, entertainment, décor. 3–5 months out: finalize the route and ceremony layout. 1–2 months out: submit the passenger manifest and confirm vendors.
