Parking
Icon Parking, across South St from Pier 35, is the closest option — roughly $20–$45. Walk through Pier 35 to reach the slip.
Finding the slip
Follow the path to the back of the Pier 36 building. We're at slip #9, on the right side of the pier — look for the NYC Water Cruises signage and our staff will meet you.

Before you book

Do I have to buy tickets for my child?
Typically, passengers below the age of 4 can board for free. Contact us directly before booking so we can make the proper arrangements and ensure they are on the manifest.
Are there any accessibility limitations?
Participants must meet standard health requirements. Depending on water levels, passengers may be required to walk a steep ramp that can exceed 45 degrees.
Can I bring pets?
Only service animals, as defined by the ADA, are permitted on board.
What should I wear?
We kindly request that customers dress in upscale casual attire to enhance the elegant atmosphere of our event. However, we understand that comfort is important, especially with the summer heat, so exceptions are made based on weather conditions.
