Location:

We are located PIER 36 (SLIP 9) at 299 South St, New York, NY 10002. Get Directions

Parking and Transportation:

There are several nearby parking options. We recommend Icon Parking, conveniently located across South St from Pier 35. From Icon Parking, you're able to walk through Pier 35 to access our slip easily. Prices range from $20 to $45.

What to Look For:

On arrival, please follow the path to the backside of the Pier 36 building. We are located at slip #9, which is on the right side of the pier. Keep an eye out for the "NYC Water Cruises" signage when you arrive. Our friendly staff will be there to greet you and assist with boarding.

Here’s everything you need to know before booking your NYC Water Cruise.

Typically, passengers below the age of 2 can board for free. Contact us directly before booking so we can make the proper arrangements and ensure they are on the manifest.

Participants must meet standard health requirements. Depending on water levels, passengers may be required to walk a steep ramp that can exceed 45 degrees.

Only service animals, as defined by the ADA, are permitted on board.

We kindly request that customers dress in comfortable clothes with appropriate shoes.
