Tickets
Refund : Refund are generally only issues to costumer who have
trip insurance prior to the request of a refund.
Exchange: We do not have a exchange policy
For check-in a chicly copy of tickets is not needed, we ask all guest
to state the name that the reservation is under and present a
correlating ID
Our phonebook features images of our fleet of boats, showcasing
their design and amenities, as well as photographs from previous
events hosted with us. These include candid moments and
memorable experiences shared by our guests, providing a glimpse
into the atmosphere and quality of our services.
A printed ticket is not necessary for check-in. We kindly request that
guests provide the name under which the reservation was made and
present a corresponding form of photo identification upon arrival.

It’s necessary to dress for the weather. If you’re unsure whether to dress light or not it’s recommended that you bring a sweater or an extra layer of clothes to ensure you’re comfortable on your trip.
Weather is generally unpredictable, but we assure that unless there is extreme weather that renders the boat unable to sail, we will call or email prior.Â
Pets are permitted solely if it’s a service animal.
By policy you’d have to pay in order to bring personal food or drinks onto the boat.
